Cancer Care Specialists of Illinois – Crossroads Cancer Center have been recognized as the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce Member of the Month for July. Cancer Care Specialists of Illinois have operated the Crossroads Cancer Center in Effingham for over 30 years.
Since opening, the facility has been continuously updated with the latest technology and has completed several major expansions. The center has 20 doctors and over 50 employees and has been recognized for their outstanding research efforts.
Additionally, the center has established a charitable fund to raise awareness of breast cancer along with education and support programs in the area. The center also helps with funding for events such as National Cancer Survivors Day, Relay for Life, and has scholarships available for oncology-related health care programs.
