Effingham – Effingham High School senior football player, Jordan McCabe signed to play football at Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois.
The signing took place in the Effingham High School Gym yesterday afternoon. Effingham High School Varsity Coach Brett Hevfner was contacted for comment, however there was not an immediate response.
