Effingham, Ill. – 2018 marks a significant milestone for Kingery Printing Company.
In October, Kingery will celebrate its 50th anniversary in business.
To commemorate this momentous occasion, we’re installing a new state-of-the-art press.
The Kingery family recalls with gratitude the many friends and colleagues who have helped us over the years.
Still family-owned and operated by the second generation, Kingery Printing continues to build on the founding vision of continued investment in the latest technologies and superior customer service.
“Our customers demand the highest quality available in the industry today, at a price that can compete with printing companies located all over the world,” said Michael Kingery, president of Kingery Printing Company.
“We take great pride in staying ahead of the competition by investing in equipment that delivers the highest quality at the fastest speeds.”
We are pleased to announce the addition of a Koenig & Bauer 10-unit, 40″ Rapida105Pro press line, with in-line tower coating.
This press is equipped with the newest printing technologies available today, including two non-stop feeding options that allow for either sheets or paper on rolls to be fed into the press.
The auto-plate loading and in-line color and register control of both sides of the sheet is all computer controlled and reduces our press make ready from 50 minutes to 8 minutes.
The Rapida 105Pro is scheduled to cruise at 15,000 sheets per hour, which is 50% faster than its predecessor.
Also, the quick make ready creates 42 minutes of live production.
Kingery went on to say, “this press line is also designed to handle a broad range of substrates from light-weight paper to heavy board stock.
It will print plastics, synthetic paper, and label stock, which will allow us to open new markets. It will solidify Kingery Printing’s place as a leader in the industry for many years to come.”
Today, Kingery Printing is one of the top 100 printers in the United States.
Specializing in innovative, print-driven products and services designed to help our clients reach their clients, such as catalogs, publications, marketing collateral, and book production.
