DIETERICH, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The 2018 Dieterich High School Homecoming Court has been announced.
The Court is as follows:
- Freshmen Attendants: Madilyn Brummer & Bryce Budde
- Sophomore Attendants: Emily Bloemer & Derek Kuhl
- Junior Attendants: Leah Brummer & Kyle Ordner
- Senior Queen & King Candidates: Alexis Lucy & Evan Bohnhoff, Jennifer Robards & Seth Bohnhoff, Lexi Russell & Austin Einhorn, Cassie Vahling & Travis Will
The Dieterich High School Student Council has decided on The Greatest Show as their Homecoming Theme for 2018.
To celebrate Homecoming, the Student Council members have planned a class competition and dress up days for the week of November 26th – 30th.
The freshman through senior classes will compete in games during Homecoming week.
The dress up days are as follows: Monday is “The Greatest Show”—dress up as your favorite movie character, Tuesday is “Never Enough”—multiplicity day, like twin day, but multiples, Wednesday is “A Million Dreams”—wear your pajamas, Thursday is “The Other Side”—country vs. country club, Friday is “Come Alive”—wear your DHS Attire and show your school spirit.
Dieterich will play Windsor Stew-Stras on Friday, November 30th, the Fresh-Soph game starts at 5:00 pm, with JV and Varsity game to follow.
The Homecoming Dance is on Saturday, December 1st.
Coronation is at 8:00 pm and the dance ends at 11:00pm.
