AT 6:51 PM, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.
UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.
FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE VANDALIA, GREENVILLE, STAUNTON, ST ELMO, RAMSEY, BROWNSTOWN, MULBERRY GROVE, WRIGHTS CORNER, INTERSTATE 70 BETWEEN EXITS 30 AND 76, INTERSTATE 55 BETWEEN EXITS 30 AND 41, AND RAMSEY LAKE STATE PARK.
