PRELIMINARY
- Preliminary investigative details indicate that Unit 1 was traveling east on IL 33 at the Bogota Road. Unit 2 was traveling west on IL 33 at Bogota Road. Unit 1 crossed the center-line for unknown reasons and struck Unit 2 head on. Both drivers and unit 1’s passenger was transported to St. Anthony Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
