Sangamon County, IL -(Effingham Radio)- Funeral arrangements have been announced for a prominent Sangamon County couple killed in a plane crash.
County Coroner Cinda Edwards and her husband, former Springfield Mayor Frank Edwards, and a family friend were killed in a plane crash near Springfield on Tuesday.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday afternoon at the West Side Christian Church in Springfield, with a service following the next morning.
