Marshall, IL -(Effingham Radio)- Small businesses and local nonprofits in the Clark County Illinois region will soon have access to free non-surgical masks thanks to the Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce and the Wabash Valley COVID-19 Emergency Release fund.
Thanks to a $5,000 grant from the United Way of the Wabash Valley, the Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce purchased 10,000 disposable masks for small businesses in Clark County. One thousand will be given to each Clark County School District. Beginning Monday August 3rd, local small businesses are encouraged to contact the Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce to see if they qualify for the free masks. Any small business with less than 20 employees or a local nonprofit within Clark County are eligible for masks.
