Effingham, IL -(Effingham Radio)-The Effingham County Chamber of Commerce celebrates the opening of new businesses, expansions and remodeling of businesses with ribbon cuttings.
Broughton Tattoo Company celebrated the opening of their business at 401 W National, Ste. B, Effingham with a ribbon cutting on Thursday, October 1.
