EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

April 1, 2021

Effingham Police arrested 22 year old Mitchell D. Tuttle of Stewardson for criminal damage to government property. Mitchell was taken to the Effingham County jail.
Effingham Police arrested 20 year old Jesse L. Kollman of St. Elmo for criminal damage to government property. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County jail.
Effingham Police arrested 35 year old Rachael N. Bell of Beecher City for an Effingham County Mittimus to IDOC aggravated 3rd DUI. Rachael was taken to the Effingham County jail.
Effingham Police arrested 46 year old David W. Reed of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. David was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham Police arrested 19 year old Carl J. B. Cosner of Flora for possession of <5g of meth. Carl was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham Police arrested 21 year old Dylan C. Lawhead of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth. Dylan was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham Police arrested 21 year old Jonathan A. Macias of Effingham for domestic battery. Jonathan was taken to the Effingham County jail.

April 2, 2021

Effingham Police arrested 23 year old Jacob D. Fairbanks of Effingham for child pornography <13 years old. Jacob was taken to the Effingham County jail.
Effingham Police arrested 26 year old John M. Durbin of Beecher City for an Effingham County warrant for fleeing or attempting to elude police officers, domestic battery, aggravated battery, criminal damage to state property, aggravated assault, a Fayette County FTA warrant for burglary, and a Shelby County FTA warrant for larceny. John was taken to the Effingham County jail.
Effingham Police arrested 39 year old Belinda J. Hoyt of Beecher City for resisting a police officer with injuries, possession of <5g of meth, and aggravated battery to a police officer with injury. Belinda was taken to the Effingham County jail.

At 12:55 P.M. at the intersection of Banker and Clark a vehicle driven by Noah J. Rentfro, 19, Mode, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Jacob L. Pugh, 33, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.

At 4:00 A.M. at 1109 S. 4th a vehicle driven by Zach A. Dye, 27, Effingham, struck a parked vehicle owned by Cara Cazier, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
At 2:48 P.M. at 1706 Ford a vehicle driven by John M. Durbin, 26, Beecher City, struck a parked vehicle owned by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department. No injuries. Citations pending.
At 2:48 P.M. at 1706 Ford a vehicle driven by John M. Durbin, 26, Beecher City, struck a parked vehicle owned by Dustin Cade, Vandalia. No injuries. Citations pending.
