- Effingham Police arrested 58 year old Eric James of Effingham for a Park County, IN warrant for 3 counts of intimidation. Eric was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 28 year old Anthony D. Finney of Edgewood for domestic battery. Anthony was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 25 year old Alex M. Goldstein of Effingham for DUI alcohol and failure to reduce speed. Alex was given an NTA.

- Effingham Police arrested 37 year old Robert S. Fielder of Effingham for domestic battery. Robert was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 52 year old Billie J. Lewis of Jewett, IL for possession of <5g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Billie was given an NTA and was released.

- At 5:00 P.M. at the intersection of Saint Anthony and Keller a vehicle driven by Alex M. Goldstein, 25, Teutopolis, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Megan M. Smith, 36, Effingham. No injuries. Goldstein was ticketed for Driving Under the Influence and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
