Mattoon, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The following information is being released by the Mattoon Police Department:
Mattoon Police arrested Autum Brady, age 44 of Mattoon, for the offenses of Possession of Methamphetamine and Violation of Bail Bond.

The arrest occurred on September 27th at 2:34am in the 1800 block of S. 9th St. The charges allege that Brady was at or near a residence she was not allowed at following a previous domestic battery arrest. During the arrest Officers located Methamphetamine on Brady’s person. She was transported to the Coles County Safety and Detention Center. Her bond was set at $3,500 (10% applies).

Mattoon Police arrested Nicholas Blakemore, age 38 of Mattoon, for the offense of Possession of Methamphetamine.

The arrest occurred on September 28th at 2:38am in the 2700 block of Shelby Ave. Officers made contact with Blakemore after a traffic violation on a motorized bicycle. During the encounter Officers searched Blakemore and located Methamphetamine. Blakemore was transported to the Coles County Safety and Detention Center. His bond was set at $15,000 (10% applies).

Mattoon Police arrested Kenneth Lansden, age 42 of Mattoon, for the offense of Possession of Methamphetamine.

The arrest occurred on September 28th at 4:08pm in the 3300 block of Prairie Ave. The charge alleges that Lansden dropped a bag of Methamphetamine at a business while applying for a job. The incident was captured on surveillance video. Lansden was located at another location and taken into custody. He was transported to the Coles County Safety and Detention Center. Lansden’s bond was set at $0.

Mattoon Police arrested Dakota Allen, age 24 of Charleston IL, for the offenses of Possession of Methamphetamine w/ Intent to Deliver 15-100 grams, Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer, and Possession of Hypodermic Syringes.

The arrest occurred on September 30th at 1:32pm in the area of 800 N and Lerna Rd. Mattoon Officers located a vehicle after receiving complaints that it was involved in a crash and a possible domestic violence situation occurring within the passenger car. They made contact with Allen and a female subject, outside of the wrecked vehicle. During the investigation Allen disobeyed Officers’ commands to separate from the female subject, obstructing the investigation. Subsequently, Allen was taken into custody. During a search of Allen’s person he became combative and resisted Officers. Eventually, Officers located a sock inside of Allen’s pants. A large amount of Methamphetamine and US Currency was inside the sock. Later, hypodermic syringes were recovered from within the vehicle. Allen was transported to the Coles County Safety and Detention Center. His bond was set at $75,000 (10% applies).

Mattoon Police arrested Tiffany Todd, age 32 of Mattoon, for the offense of Possession of Methamphetamine.

The arrest occurred on October 2nd at 11:29pm in the 1700 block of Dewitt Ave. The offense alleges that Officers made contact with Todd after she was observed yelling and appeared to be in distress. Officers learned that Todd had an outstanding arrest warrant and she was taken into custody. During a search of Todd and her property they recovered Methamphetamine. Todd was transported to the Coles County Safety and Detention Center. Her bond was set at $10,000 (10% applies).
