- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 36 year old Roland C. Webb of Farina for an Effingham County mittimus to jail, sentenced 60 days for possession of <5g of meth. Roland was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 35 year old Justin L. Sapp of Edgewood for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Justin was taken to the Effingham County jail.

- At 7:19 P.M. at 1808 W. Fayette an unoccupied semi owned by B & C Transport rolled downhill from the parking lot onto the lawn, causing damage to the landscaping owned by Effingham Chrome Shop. No injuries and no citations.

- At 2:32 A.M. at 1701 W. Evergreen an unknown vehicle struck a parked semi owned by Coldiron Specialized Driveway, Statesville, NC. No injuries and no citations at this time.
