- Effingham Police arrested 22 year old Justin R. Kollman of Dieterich for possession with intent to deliver meth 5-15g and possession of drug paraphernalia. Justin was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 28 year old Jeffrey L. Durbin of Beecher City for possession of <5g of meth and drug paraphernalia. Jeffrey was given an NTA.
- Effingham Police arrested 20 year old Kaitlyn G. Durbin of Beecher City for possession of 5-15g of meth and drug paraphernalia. Kaitlyn was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 19 year old Trinady R. Baker of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth. Trinady was given an NTA.
- Effingham Police arrested 23 year old Anthony A. Brown of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth. Anthony was given an NTA.
- Effingham Police arrested 19 year old Erin T. Hannagan of St. Elmo for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft/disposing of merchandise <$300, and a Shelby County warrant for unlawful use of cannabis while driving. Erin was given an NTA.
- Effingham Police arrested 18 year old Alexander M. Pitt of Edgewood for an Effingham County original warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. Alexander was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 34 year old Shannon H. Borton of Effingham for domestic battery. Shannon was taken to the Effingham County jail.

- At 4:29 P.M. east of the intersection of Clinton and Maple a vehicle driven by Bernard J. Doedtman, 65, Effingham, struck a parked vehicle owned by Damian Bednar, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
- At 5:22 P.M. west of the intersection of Willow and Wabash a vehicle driven by Kathleen M. Davidson, 65, Effingham, struck a deer. No injuries and no citations.
