- Effingham Police arrested 50 year old Larry E. Wolfe of St. Elmo for driving while license revoked/suspended, and DUI/SSS 4-9. Larry was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 38 year old Corey J. Fellows of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for DUI alcohol. Corey was taken to the Effingham County jail.
