Louisville, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Clay County Board is set to meet Thursday, April 14th at 6:00pm.
During the meeting, the Board will begin by acknowledging guests before hearing reports and updates from the Claim Committee and the Board of Health.
In addition, the Board will discuss and take possible action on the following:
- Consider reappointment of Jack Hastings to the Board of Review for a two-year term
- Consider appointment of Brad Rudolphi to the Board of Review for a two-year term
- Consider reappointment of Don Delaney to Farmland Assessment Review Committee for a three-year term
- Consider and/or approve the appointment of Deputy Sheriff
- Discuss and/or approve the purchase of in-car and body cameras
- Discuss and/or approve resolutions to remove Julie Buhrmann and add Debra Smith
- Discuss and/or approve a budget amendment
- Discuss officer safety
- View presentation and approval of Bridge Aid Petition 22 (09-01) in Pixley Township on Ruby Road
- Discuss and/or approve Flora Clinic Project
- Discuss and/or approve using the standard allowance for revenue loss/ARPA
- Discuss and/or approve the use of ARPA funds for local government departments or third-party organizations
- Discuss and/or approve setting salaries for elected officials
- Consider appointment of Bruce Dickey to the 911 Board
- Consider appointment of Robert A Briscoe to the Harter-Stanford FPD, term ending May 2025
- Consider appointment of Robert Simpson to the Clay City FPD, term ending May 2025
- Consider appointment of Kevin Henry to the Clay City FPD, term ending May 2025
- Consider appointment of Laren Erwin to the North Clay FPD, term ending May 2025
- Consider appointment of Larry Kuhns to the Edgewood BI-County FPD, term ending May 2025
