- 45 year old, James R Heath, of Toldeo was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Cumberland County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended. Heath was transported to Cumberland County.
- 33 year old, Seth A Hugonin, of Kinmundy was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham Couty warrant attachment for contempt.
- 46 year old, James A Traxler of Effingham, was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for criminal damage to property, theft, possession of burglary tools, and unlawful use of a weapon.

- At 12:02 P.M. south of the intersection of Banker and Fayette a vehicle driven by Joseph A. Morris, 52, Altamont, pulled into the path of and was struck by a vehicle driven by Lee R. Mincey Jr., 45, Danville. No injuries. Morris was ticketed for Driving While License Revoked, Failure to Yield, Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Property Damage, Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

- At 12:00 P.M. at the intersection of Keller and Temple a vehicle driven by Roth C. Niemerg, 31, Effingham, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Shana E. Steigberg, 30, Effingham. No injuries. Niemerg was ticketed for Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
