Olney, IL-(Effingham Radio)-The 2022 Richland County Fair Queen was announced on Tuesday, July 26th.

The 2022 Richland County Fair Queen is Kaitlyn Kerr.

The First Runner Up is Summer Sanders.

The Second Runner Up is Keara Christopher.

Miss Congeniality is Jordan Ginder.
