October 27, 2022

  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 47 year old Joshua J. Mohn of Decatur for a Moultrie County FTA warrant for speeding 35mph over speed limit. Joshua posted $250 and was released.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 37 year old Andrea R. Aanes of Effingham for an Effingham County warrant for unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver. Andrea posted $375 and was released.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 34 year old Zachary D. Tegenkamp of Effingham for criminal trespass to real property. Zachary posted $150 and was released.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Jesse D. Horn for an Effingham County PSC warrant for PSC violation. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 20 year old Austin A. Parker of Effingham for criminal trespass. Austin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 55 year old Rebecca A. Sutter of Pana for an Effingham County warrant attachment for contempt. Rebecca posted $200 and was released.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 34 year old Anna L. Kirkpatrick of Redbird, OK for operating an uninsured vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and hypodermic needle, and delivery/possession with intent to deliver 15-100g of meth. Anna was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 37 year old Sonya A. Smith of Effingham for a Mississippi DOC warrant for probation violation for possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Sonya was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 51 year old William A. Dockery of Effingham for criminal trespass to real property. William was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 44 year old Jeremy L. Montague of Pana for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Jeremy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
