• Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 45 year old Jason K. Niemeyer of Beecher City for an Effingham County mittimus to IDOC for 2 years. Jason was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 38 year old Matthew A. Rickfelder of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for retail theft. Matthew was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Illinois State Police arrested 37 year old Emel I. Barboza of Post, TX for 2 counts of aggravated possession of stolen motor vehicle. Emel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 48 year old Christopher U. Clark of St. Elmo for possession of <5g of meth and drug paraphernalia. Christopher was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
