- 28 year old, Marquis J Ratliff, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery.
- 29 year old, Jeffrey L Durbin, of Beecher City was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Fayette County failure to appear warrant for possession/sell of a stolen vehicle. Durbin posted $375 and was released.
- 44 year old, Autumn C Durkin, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for domestic battery.
- 41 year old, Takano A Nedio, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery.

- 27 year old, Elizabeth St Cin, of Vandalia was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for retail theft.
- 21 year old, Stacey Weeden, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for resisting or obstructing.
- 18 year old, Isak McGivney, of Stewardson was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for criminal trespass to real property and resisting.

- At 9:31 AM at the intersection of W. Wabash and S. Maple a vehicle driven by Michael J. Beasley, 61, Leland, NC, rear-ended a vehicle drvien by Carol M. Toney, 70, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
