December 30, 2022

• 34 year old, Christine E Duckwitz, of Toledo was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for retail theft/disp merch/ <$300. Duckwitz posted $225 and was released.
• 25 year old, Drew C Hester, of Mattoon was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County original warrant for criminal damage to state-supported property.
• 45 year old, Robert J Wesselman, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus to jail.

December 31, 2022

• 30 year old, Cory M Hagan, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine. Hagan posted bond and was released.
• 35 year old, Joshua L McGee, of Louisville was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for less than 5 grams of possession of Methamphetamine.
• 25 year old, Ashley N Schaufler, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus to jail.
• 39 year old, Rocky L Weber, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery.
• 36 year old, Heather R Willenborg, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for obstructing and an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine.
• 27 year old, Jesse D Horn, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus to jail.

January 1, 2023

• 45 year old, Hershel D Mansell, of Hamilton, Alabama was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is suspended/revoked. Mansell posted $250 and was released.
• 23 year old, Sara E Hires, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine.
