- Discussion and vote to accept grant in the amount of $41,206.59 from the AOIC for technology modernization and to amend the Circuit Clerk budget line item (001-003-70450 Technology Grant Expenses) by $41,206.59 to be used for Courthouse Technology Improvements
- Discussion and vote to approve Resolution to increase animal control fees for registration, reclaim fees, quarantine boarding, after hours fee, and owner relinquish
- County Highway Report – Discussion and vote to approve the following: Resolution to award the Oil bids, Resolution to award the Pugmill Oil bid, 50/50 Petition for Cold Spring Highway Commissioner to replace a 48” x 30′ CMP with a 48″ x 40′, CMP located on 675N Rd near 1100E Rd, estimated costs $3,870 (Twp/Co pay 50%)
- Discussion and vote on approval for Mytec Solutions to activate the Shelby County website, to train, and communicate with all appropriate personnel
- Discussion and vote to rescind action taken at the January 12, 2023 County board meeting rejecting the preliminary plat for Lithia Estates subdivision
- Discussion and vote to reconsider and accept the Resolution approving the preliminary plat originally submitted for Lithia Estates presented at the January 12, 2023 County Board meeting
- Discussion and vote to approve resolution to deny the preliminary plat for Lithia Estates Subdivision due to issues with storm water run off (If necessary pending vote on #13)
- Discussion and discover to allow an easement for additional power lines with Prairie Power, Inc. to be constructed on or through county property (1812-04-00-200-0014) for the Shelbyville Loop Project
- Discussion and vote to approve annual Resolution for participation in the service program of the Office of the State’s Attorney Appellate Prosecutor Program from 12/1/22 – 11/30/23 at a cost of $7,000
