EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

March 2, 2023

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44 year old Jason E. Shinn of St. Elmo for aggravated assault and aggravated battery to a security officer. Jason was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 51 year old William A. Dockery of Effingham for obstructing a police officer, an Effingham County FTA warrant for aggravated battery in a public place, and aggravated battery in a public space. William was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28 year old Jesse S. Tucker of Altamont for driving while license revoked, theft – possession of stolen property, possession of a hypodermic needle, and possession of <5g of meth. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Katlynn M. Rhodes of St. Elmo for possession of a hypodermic needle and <5g of meth. Katlynn was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
