Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Finley Biggs has been selected by Sacred Heart School as the next Dairy Queen Shining Stars Award winner.
Finley is a very social person who likes to play with her friends and her favorite DQ Treat is the Oreo Blizzard. Dairy Queen encourages all of our children to play safely and shoot for the Stars of their dreams.
