May 5, 2023

• 33 year old, Mindy L Pinkerton, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for criminal trespass to real property. Pinkerton was given a notice to appear.
• 39 year old, James A Fizer, of Montrose was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus to jail for 48 hours.
• 31 year old, Devin J Duckworth, of St Elmo was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for aiding and abetting, unlawful display, possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine, driving while license is revoked, and a Fayette County original warrant for Methamphetamine delivery less than 5 grams.
• 28 year old, Cierra N Donsbach, of Greenup was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while under the influence, endangering the health/life of a child, speeding 35+ mph over the limit, and disobeying a stop sign. Donsbach was given a notice to appear.
• 27 year old, Tristan S Durre, of Beecher City was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

May 6, 2023

• 32 year old, Ashley L Ohlund, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine, and burglary of a motor vehicle.
• 27 year old, Tristan S Durre, of Beecher City was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for obstructing a peace officer.
• 29 year old, Jaime Guerrero Turja, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for accumulated junk. Bail was posted in the amount of $200 and Jaime Guerrero Turja was released.
• 38 year old, Jeremy A Kreke, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for disorderly conduct and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
• 32 year old, Jacob M McDevitt, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is revoked.
• 30 year old, Evan E Abendroth, of Effingham was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. Abendroth posted $300 bond and was released.

• 27 year old, Keyshawn D OQuinn, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for criminal damage to government-supported property.
• 26 year old, Ashley N Schaufler, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus to jail.
• 34 year old, Crystal D Meyer, of Watson was arrested by the Illinois State Police for possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Meyer was given a notice to appear.
