EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

June 24, 2023

• Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Kristina R. Dugan of Flora for failure to remain at the scene of an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper lane usage. Kristina posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 year old Lucas C. McDaniel of Edgewood for an Effingham County FTA warrant for aggravated assault to a police officer/fire/EMS worker. Lucas was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28 year old Lyle B. Stremme of Parkersburg for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Lyle was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

June 25, 2023

• Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Layton C. Barnes of Mason for domestic battery. Layton was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 year old Nathaniel S. Sparks for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft/disposing of merchandise <$300. Nathaniel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Douglas County Police arrested 32 year old Jesse W. Garza of Atwood for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 51 year old William A. Dockery of Effingham for battery, resisting a police officer, and an Effingham County mittimus to jail. William was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Matthew D. Heinking of Effingham for DUI alcohol, driving while license suspended, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Matthew was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 22 year old Charles A. Graham of Effingham for DUI alcohol, transportation of alcoholic beverage, disobeying a traffic control device, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Charles was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 53 year old Trent A. Wilson of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Trent was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Everett E. Elledge of Wheeler for an Effingham County FTA/FTP warrant for driving on a revoked/suspended license and DUI (3rd). Everett was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

• Effingham City Police arrested 46 year old Andrea E. Bruels of Effingham for a Clay County FTA warrant for driving on a suspended license. Andrea was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
