- 33 year old, Alison S Rostek, of Toledo was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant attachment for contempt. Rostek posted $50 bail and was released.
- 43 year old, Makala M Cunningham, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Cunningham posted $425 bond and was released.
- 28 year old, Cody R Lee, of Mt Vernon was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Richland County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended. Lee posted $575 bond and was released.
