Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Devin W. Miller of Mode, IL for a Shelby County FTA warrant and a Fayette County FTA warrant. Devin posted bond and was released.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Kiauma M. Flack of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Kiauma was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25 year old Madina A. Fannon of Manassas, VA for possession of <5g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Madina was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
