Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Megan Wagner Was selected by Sacred Heart School as the August Shining Stars Award winner for her great effort & attitude in preschool. She is accepting her certificate along with the gifts from Stephanie Hollinshead of the Effingham Dairy Queen.
Megan loves both vanilla and chocolate cone at DQ & she wants to be a mom when she grows up.
