Strasburg American Legion Auxiliary #289 Sponsors Candy Buy-Back

Strasburg, IL-(Effingham Radio)- On November 4th Strasburg Liberty Unit #289 of the American Legion Auxiliary will hold their 4th “Candy Buy-Back” from 2:00-3:30 pm at the Strasburg Community Center. Their mission, to buy-back the excess Halloween candy from the local trick or treaters.

The Unit will pay $1 a pound for the candy that is brought in. The candy that is collected will be sent to area servicemen to share with their comrades.
