Effingham County Highway Department Announces Road Closure

Effingham County, IL-(Effingham Radio)- From the Effingham County Highway Department:

On Thursday (11/2/23) Effingham County Highway Department will be replacing a culvert on 400th Ave (Co Hwy 28), just west of 2400th St (Jasper County Line). This will result in the road being closed from 8 am to approximately 2 pm.
