Clay County Sheriff’s Office Holds 19th Annual Shop With A Cop Night

On the evening of December 6th Clay County Law Enforcement conducted their annual “Shop with a Cop” night at Wal-Mart. This was the 19th consecutive year that Clay County Law Enforcement has teamed up to make Christmas a little more special for area children.

Every year the children that are chosen are outfitted from head to toe with new clothing including shoes and coats. Once the children receive their clothing they are allowed to pick out a special gift for themselves or a loved one.

This would not be possible without the great community support we continue to receive that ensures the success of this program. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office and Flora Police Department greatly appreciates everyone that makes this program possible!
