Shobonier Man Charged With 2 Counts Of Criminal Sexual Abuse

Shobonier, IL-(Vandalia Radio)- A Shobonier man has been charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Abuse.

26 year old Ian E. Collier has been charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Abuse. Both counts accuse Collier of an act of sexual conduct with a minor. Both charges are Class 4 Felonies.

In Fayette County Court on Wednesday, a pre-trial release order was entered for Collier with electronic monitoring order. Collier will next appear in Fayette County Court for a first appearance with counsel and a preliminary hearing on January 31st.
