Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The City of Effingham Water Department has issued a water outage with boil order to follow starting at 10am today for the following streets:
- East Fayette Avenue on both sides of the street from South Willow Street to South Cleveland Street.
- South Cleveland Street on both sides of the street from East Fayette Avenue to East Jefferson Avenue.
