Notice is hereby given of a public test of the Precinct Tabulation Optical Scan Technology Equipment and Program used by Effingham County, Illinois for the General Election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. This test will be conducted by the Effingham County Clerk’s office on Friday, October 25, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. and will take place on the first floor of the Effingham County Office Building located at 101 N Fourth St., Effingham.
