Abigail Jean Burdick, 31, of Effingham died Sunday, October 27, 2024 in Lincoln, Illinois.
Abby was born October 6, 1993 in Marshall, Minnesota, the daughter of Mike and Kathy Burdick of Effingham. She was baptized into Christ on October 6, 1993. She is survived by her parents, Mike and Kathy Burdick of Effingham; brother, Nate Burdick, with wife Alyssa of Plymouth, Minnesota and their sons Henry, Clark and Dean; sister, Ammon Probst, with husband Troy of Effingham and their children, Hank, Knox, Marci, and Eden; and her brother, Ben Burdick of Effingham; maternal grandparents, Claude and Peg Barrow of O’Fallon, IL; and paternal grandmother, Mopsy Burdick of Peoria. Her family is large, including many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who naturally and joyfully included her in family activities. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ken Burdick.
