Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Dairy Queen of Effingham has announced that Westin Davis is the newest winner of the Shining Stars Award.
He was selected by King’s Kids Preschool for outstanding achievement. He excels at yoga and loves the strawberry slushes at DQ.
