City Of Effingham Water Department Makes Announcement On Water Bill Issue

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- From the City of Effingham Water Department:

The City’s Utility Billing Office has been notified by several customers that they did not receive their December water & sewer bills. Please contact Utility Billing at 217-342-2366 if you have not received a bill.

There will not be late fees and services will not be disconnected for nonpayment in December.
