Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Road conditions continue to deteriorate, and the snow is still falling.

Crews have done a good job keeping the main roads mostly clear, but there are still slick spots. Side roads are likely to be snow covered and extremely slick. Please use caution if you must travel in these conditions.
As for the remainder of the day, snow will continue to fall until around 9pm locally, and additional accumulations of up to 3 inches are likely.
