Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)-At the request of Beaver Dam, WI Police, the Illinois State Police is activating an Endangered Missing Person Advisory. The Beaver Dam Police have confirmed a person is missing based on suspicious circumstances and are looking for the public’s assistance in locating the missing person.
At 7:48 a.m. on February 3, Sophia Martha Franklin, a 16 year old white female with brown hair and blue eyes, left her residence with Gary F. Day, a 40 year old white male. Gary F. Day has blonde hair and is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. They were last seen in Beaver Dam, WI. Sophia is currently three months pregnant. The two people are traveling in a Black Buick LaCrosse with Pennsylvania License plate number K,G,W,5,1,8,6. The 2014 Black Buick LaCrosse is also utilizing an Arkansas License Plate B,B,R,2,0,L. They are possibly enroute to Arkansas.
