City Of Effingham Provides Update On Road Closure

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- From the City of Effingham:

Fourth St. is now reopened. The second phase began today 3/14/25 at 3:00PM.

Hendelmeyer Avenue will be closed from 4^th St. to the North exit of Village Apartments. This will continue until Wednesday 3/26/25 @ 7:00PM.
