EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Nate S. Sparks for criminal trespass. Nate was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 24 year old Briant K. Sanchez Espinoza of Effingham for a Cumberland County FTA warrant for driving 15-20mph over limit. Briant was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Leslie A. Howard of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Leslie was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 60 year old James R. Keith of Effingham with no charges filed. James was released.
