April 5, 2025

  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Michael J. Miller of Altamont for domestic battery and interfering with a domestic violence report. Michael was given an NTA and was released.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 62 year old Mark A. Davidson of West Salem for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended, a Fayette County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth, a Richland County FTA warrant for obstructing ID, and a Dewitt County FTA warrant for violating an order of protection. Mark was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 46 year old Abbey L. Walk of Effingham for DUI alcohol and disobeying a traffic control device. Abbey was given an NTA and was released.

April 6, 2025

  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Rai’Shun A. Woodson of Menomee, WI for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and improper parking. Rai’Shun was given an NTA and was released.
  • Illinois State Police arrested 40 year old Joshua L. Addis of Dieterich for DUi alcohol, disobeying a stop sign, and illegal transportation of alcohol by driver. Joshua was given an NTA and was released.

April 7, 2025

  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48 year old Earl T. Prewitt for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Earl was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Illinois State Police arrested 59 year old Robert W. Ciaccio of Crossville, TN for DUI alcohol. Robert was given an NTA and was released.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36 year old Bradley T. Beck of Dieterich for DUI alcohol, failure to reduce speed, and improper lane usage. Bradley was given an NTA and was released.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28 year old John N. VanPelt of Effingham for an Effingham County PSC mittimus to jail sentence for 72 hours. John was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37 year old Tiffany N. Crawford of Burlington, IA for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Tiffany was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Altamont Police arrested 34 year old Marilinda J. Dehmke of Effingham for possession of cannabis in motor vehicle. Marilinda was given an NTA and was released.
