Plan Commission Meeting Held Tuesday

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham Plan Commission held their regular meeting Tuesday and acted on a few different items.

The Commission approved a final plat for Cross Pointe Subdivision, which will add more parking for the EPC. They also approved a site plan for North Splash Car Wash, which will be used by the dealership and will be open to the public.

The Plan Commission also recommended to the City Council to approve use of portable classrooms for South Side School. Superintendent Johnson said the plan is to have all second graders at South Side School. This may be revisited next year.
