Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham County Chamber welcomed Meraki Health to the local business community with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, April 10, 2025. The event, held at Meraki’s new clinic located at 101 S. Linden St. in Effingham, marked the official opening of their latest outpatient therapy facility.
Meraki Health is a privately owned, family-centered clinic offering allied, behavioral, and developmental health and wellness services. Their multidisciplinary approach provides services across the lifespan, specializing in pediatric therapy that focuses on clients with Autism and other neurodivergent disorders. The Effingham location will focus on pediatric services, applying Meraki Health’s play-based therapy approach to facilitate the development of relationships and skills in a supportive environment.
Led by CEO Sarah Weiler, Meraki Health also operates locations in Newton and Flora, Illinois. The organization is committed to helping patients function at their highest level by offering individualized 1:1 care.
