Teutopolis, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Village of Teutopolis is in the process of updating their comprehensive plan. To further facilitate community involvement, the Village will host their final public engagement session at the Teutopolis Banquet Hall on April 23rd at 7:00 p.m. During this session, the U of I Team will recap the synthesized feedback from the prior engagement session. Then attendees will divide into breakout groups to engage in specific plan recommendations and prioritize goals in each of the recommendation areas. Topics for discussion in the breakout groups include quality of life, sidewalk recommendations, transportation recommendations, zoning and future land use recommendations, and infrastructure recommendations including water and sewer.
