Louisville, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The following has been released by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office:
August 22, 2019
- the Clay County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a motor vehicle accident at 3:55 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. Rt 45 and Mimosa Lane. Apparently Douglas L. Smith, 60, Louisville, operating a 2005 Jeep was travelling south on Rt 45, slowed for traffic and was struck by another southbound vehicle, a 2002 Buick, operated by Sarah L. Henderson, 29, Flora. No injuries reported.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Austin D. Eade, 43, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charges of Battery and Disorderly Conduct. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Michael W. Pride, 39, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Violation of Stalking No Contact Order. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10%). He posted bond and was released.
August 23, 2019
- Billy G. Smith, 36, Louisville, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Deceptive Practice. Bond set at $5,000.00 (10%). He posted bond and was released.
August 25, 2019
- Jeffery W. Wilkins, 40, Cisne, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Violation of Order of Protection. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy cited Harley Garrett, 28, Louisville, for Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. She was given a Notice to Appear and released.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested William C. Pulley, 49, Clay City for Driving While Driver’s License Revoked. He posted bond and was released.
- Elizabeth R. Levitt, 39, Flora, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Petition to Revoke Probation on the original charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Illegal Possession of Hypodermic Syringes and Needles. Bond set at $5,000.00 (10%). She is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
August 26, 2019
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Tasha Enriquez, 23, Flora, for Violation of Probation on the original charge of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond set at $25,000.00 (10%). She is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
- Andrew J. Robinson, 26, Sullivan, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Leaving the Scene of an Accident. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
August 27, 2019
- the Clay County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a motor vehicle accident at 4:38 p.m. at the intersection of Rt. 50 and S. Main Street, Clay City. Apparently Justin A. Lynn, 18, Cisne, operating a 2000 Chevrolet pick up truck was travelling east on Rt 50 at South Main, began to turn north and struck a west bound 2006 Dodge operated by Jasmine Woolard, 20, Louisville. Minor injuries reported. Lynn was cited Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. He was given a Notice to Appear in Clay County Court.
- Korey E. Greenwood, 45, Noble, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charges of Burglary and 2 counts of Theft. Bond set at $5,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
August 28, 2019
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Jonathon D. Otto, 39, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
- Austin J. West, 26, Flora, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Kennth A. Mack, 47, Louisville, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Violation of Order of Protection. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Aaron Pruitt, 38, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Domestic Battery. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
August 29, 2019
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Gerald E. Baker, 57, Flora, for Violation of Probation on the original charge of Theft. He is currently incarcarated in the Clay County Jail awaiting court appearance.
- Kory J. Hilliard, 35, Flora, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Unlawful Restraint. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
