Effingham, IL -(Effingham Radio)- The City of Effingham Public Works will be flushing fire hydrants starting on the south side of Fayette Avenue in Effingham beginning Monday, April 12th.
Water may be discolored during the flushing of hydrants, so be sure to check the water you use during this time. Keep the water running until the discolored water is flushed out.
