Kenny Chesney just sold his Nashville area for $11.5 million, according to TMZ. The four-bedroom, nine-bathroom home was originally listed for $13.9 million. The main house is over 12,000 sq ft and sits on 56 acres in Franklin, TN.
The property boasts a 10-car garage, a home theatre, infinity swimming pool, spa, and limestone fireplaces, to name a few features.
Kenny originally purchased the property in 2009 for $9.25 million.
